How do I pay with PayPal Pay Later?

PayPal Pay Later option is now available via PayPal on Follow-Trend.

*Please note that only the customers in the following countries are currently able to use PayPal Pay Later option.
United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Australia and Spain.

Where can I see this option?

If you are eligible for PayPal Pay Later option, you will see the “Pay Later” button on the checkout page as per the below screenshot. Also you will see the payment offers in your PayPal account.

What kind of PayPal Pay Later options are available?

There are 2 options available which are “Pay in 4” and “Pay Monthly”.

Note:
You might not be able to see the Pay Monthly option depending on the item or country which you are purchasing from.
For the Pay Monthly option, there is an approval process required by Paypal upon the checkout. If you have any questions on the approval process or status, please proceed to contact PayPal accordingly.

Q: Why am I not able to see the Pay Later option?
A: Please note that only the customers from the following countries are currently able to use the Pay Later option.

Q: I cannot see the PayPal Pay Later button even though I am purchasing from an eligible county.
A: You won’t be able to see the PayPal Pay Later button if you are using a VPN to connect to a country that is not in the eligibility list.

When will I receive my refund?”

Please be informed that a refund often takes a few business days to appear on your statement and occasionally takes up to the next billing cycle depending on the bank.

We suggest you follow the below steps.

  1.   Check to see if the order has been canceled
  2.   Please contact your Credit Card company or bank.

About International Transaction Fee:

How to use coupon code?

Follow-Trend offers coupon codes occasionally, please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

The coupon codes need to be applied before checking out. Please check the coupon code condition to make sure it’s applicable for your order.

Enter the coupon code in the Promo Code field under the Checkout button on your shopping bag page and click Apply button.

*The coupon code can be applied to only 1 item per transaction.

What if I forgot to use the coupon?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, the coupon can’t be applied to the item.

Please use it for your next purchase!

My order was canceled, can I use the same coupon again?

Yes, you can still use it if the order was canceled as long as the coupon code is available. Please check the coupon code expiration date.

Please apply the same code for your next order! You could still use the same code since the previous order has been canceled out!

Can I pay with any currency? (Credit Card/PayPal)

We currently accept following currency for your payment.

* If your currency is not in the above list, we convert your currency in USD or EURO automatically.

* When payment is made in foreign currency, or by foreign retailer, banks may charges you international transaction fee. In that case, please contact card issuer for more detail.

* PayPal payments will not be accepted by Indian citizens or users who have created PayPal accounts in India from October 1st, 2021.

How does Follow-Trend’s payment system work?

Follow-Trend currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal.

Where is a CVV (Credit card Verification Value) code?

Visa/Mastercard

・The three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card’s account number.

American Express

・The four-digit CVV number is printed on the front of the card above the card account number.

*Providing the CVV code proves that you have the physical credit card and enhances security of the transaction.

Regarding payment for multiple-item orders

When a multiple-item order has been submitted, your card will be charged separately for each item upon respective shipment date.

What are some things I should pay attention to when placing my order?” 

◆Check Out Process:

1. Add your desired item(s) into your Shopping Bag. *Sometimes more than one color and/or shipping method will be available. In this case, please select the most suitable choice for you before adding the item into your Shopping Bag. (Changes to item quantity may be made within the Shopping Bag.)

2. After an order has been submitted, it may not not be canceled, so please carefully review the items inside your Shopping Bag (item quantity, color, size, special requests) and make changes to anything needed before clicking the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. *If you’re not sure about color, sizing, or other item details, please use Message to contact the Personal Shopper to discuss these details before submitting your order.

◆Each ordered item will be assigned its own order ID

*All orders will be charged in USD and total amount is based on the exchange rate at the date of item shipment (within 18 days after an order has been placed).
If you select to display prices in a currency other than Dollar, the price listed is estimated based on current exchange rates.

Can I pay by Cash On Delivery?” No, sorry Follow-Trend does not accept COD (Cash On Delivery).

Payments can only be made using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX,  or PayPal and are processed at the time of item shipment.

Are refunds and exchanges allowed? Are refunds and exchanges allowed?

As a general rule, once an order has been confirmed, returns or exchanges may not be made.

Follow-Trend itself does not carry any physical stock of items. When you place an order, the seller selling that item will retrieve it from a third-party retailer, and thus returns/exchanges cannot be made.

A refund or exchange is considered by Follow-Trend only in the following situations:

– Item is damaged upon delivery (ex: stained, scratched, stretched out, parts missing, etc.)
– Delivered item is not what was ordered (ex: sizing is different, color is different, etc.)
– Item was not delivered

Please contact the seller, via Follow-Trend Message, with photos of the delivered item and order ID.

Uh oh, I received a payment error…” You may have received a card invalid or declined message after trying to place an order.

Below are a number of payment errors that may possibly occur after an order has been submitted and you’ve received a card invalid message:

– Card information was not entered correctly (card number, CVV, etc.)

– Card has expired

– The same card number has been registered with a different Follow-Trend Member’s account. *In the case of receiving a duplicating error message, please contact Follow-Trend Member Support.

Below are a number of payment errors that may possibly occur after an order has been submitted and you’ve received a card declined message:
– Order total is more than your card limit

– Your card company has issued a transaction referral [Typically when a purchaser tries to buy something of a large amount of money and, additionally, charge it in a foreign currency , a card company may see this as suspicious activity and protect the customer by declining the transaction]

If any of the above errors occur, please check your card’s status and try submitting the order again.

If the problem persists, please contact your card company directly.

How can I contact sellers directly?” 

Follow-Trend is a c2c E-commerce platform where all items are listed by sellers, so please contact directly the seller selling the item for any item-specific questions/requests (ex. stock availability/size/color etc.) via Follow-Trend Message Box. Every seller has their own shop policies & promotions, and since you are buying from them, it is important to confirm shipping details and item specifications etc. before placing an order.

Some examples of what Members inquire about using Follow-Trend Message:

・About item (stock availability, color, size, price, authenticity)

・About shipping details/ status

・Order Status

・Problems with their ordered item upon delivery (damages/defects etc.)
