Is the shipping cost included in the price?

The final price, which already includes shipping fee, is shown on the item page.

*Additional amounts may be incurred depending on the combination of source and destination countries.
*Special shipping methods, such as Express Shipping, may also result in additional charges.
*The customs import/export duties, VAT, or other taxes may apply upon the delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?”

Once the Personal Shopper has shipped out your ordered item, an automatic shipment notification will be sent to you via email.

After receiving your shipment notification, your tracking details will be available to view, which you can find under My Menu > Order History > Order Details

My order status is not updated?”

First of all, double-check your order’s status in “Order History” which can be found in your account menu.

Order Placed
This means that your seller is now preparing for purchasing/shipping the ordered item.

Usually, the sellers have up to 18 days(from the day that order has been confirmed) to prepare for shipping the item out, and once the item is shipped out, you will be notified of the tracking information by your seller.

Item Shipping
This means your item is on the way.

However, if you find the tracking status is not updated, please follow the below.

If your item is held at the customs clearance
Typically, a customs clearance takes 1 to 10 days, however, there are times when it can take several days or weeks for goods to be inspected.
You may contact your delivery company to check more details.
*The customs import/export duties, VAT, or other taxes may apply upon the delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. You may need to pay them in order to process the custom clearance.
If your tracking number is not updated
We would suggest contacting the delivery company.
Completed
This means your package is “delivered”.

However, if you have not received your package, there is the possibility that your package was lost or stolen.

In the unfortunate event that your package was lost or stolen during transit, please double check on your package’s whereabouts thoroughly with the postal service immediately and contact your seller!

*Please note that if you choose Signature release or misdirect the delivery details to delivery company for your shipment, it is not within our or sellers liability to cover your loss.

How to contact the seller.

If your package has shipping insurance, you may be able to be reimbursed for all or partial amounts of your package’s declared value.

If your package has been stolen, we suggest you submit a claim to your local police about the theft and see if they can further assist with your situation.

How to check estimated shipping date?”

The shipping period is stated at the bottom of the item’s page under the Shipping Method section and is calculated from the moment you place an order.

As you see in the shipping method section, your order is set to standard shipping method(5-15days). However, if you would like to receive your order earlier than that period, you may request for different shipping methods to the seller via Follow-Trend message.

First check under the ‘Shipping Method’ section if the option you would like is being offered by the seller…

if so, then you may make changes to your shipping method at checkout from within your Shopping Bag.

if not, then from “Ask a Question” button on the item’s page, you may send a private message to the seller inquiring whether or not they can accommodate your shipping needs.

*Please note that each seller chooses their own shipping options, so take care to review them carefully when comparing items.

The same item, sold by two different sellers, could have different shipping availabilities or pricing.

For more details, please ask the seller about shipping methods before placing an order.

I haven’t received my package, what should I do?”

First double check your order’s status in “Order History” which can be found in the title bar within your Account homepage.

If your item’s status says “completed,” this means your item has been shipped out. Please check your package’s tracking status for further details. You may access your package’s tracking number and URL by clicking on the Item name (to the right of the item image).

If the tracking information states your package as “delivered” but you have not received your package, there is the possibility that your package was lost or stolen.

Follow-Trend is not responsible for any lost/stolen merchandise, therefore we recommend if you are worried about this situation, that you request directly to the Personal Shopper (via Follow-Trend Message) to add shipping insurance –if possible– before placing your order.

Will I be charged Customs fees?”

FOLLOW-TREND does not require sellers to calculate Customs fees within the listed item price because there is no means of knowing these exact charges beforehand.

*FOLLOW-TREND or the seller have no control over these charges, nor can Follow-trend predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
